Hey Everyone!
I've been really focused on Cycles, and decided to give Eevee a shot. I was messing around with the displacement modifier in Blender using noise textures as the control for the displacement. First this was going to be a desert scene, then I found this cool cell style pattern which reminded me of crystallized looking waters. So I switched!
Really quickly created a little treasure chest and used the bevel modifier to make it look more intricate than it actually is.
Took around an hour, but at first didn't feel it was worth posting. Never feel that way, each experimentation is worth posting :)
To improve this piece, I would work with a better sky, and spend a little more time on some extra details in the water.
